Our 2019 Annual Day at the Races to support our rescued and retired Thoroughbreds is on The Upper Terrace (formerly Sky View Terrace), at beautiful Santa Anita Park, on Saturday June 15! All net proceeds go directly to the care of the horses currently in our care.
At the event you will get to enjoy a wonderful buffet lunch, watch beautiful Thoroughbreds racing, participate in a free handicapping contest run, as always, by our friends Alan and Ira, go to the winner’s circle for a race named for SCTR, and bid on many of our exciting Silent Auction basket offerings which includes a chance to experience opening day at Del Mar in an owners box!
This is our most important fundraiser of the year in support of our horses who rely on us to care for them. If you cannot attend, please would you consider buying a ticket and donating it back or making a donation to help them? If you are kind enough to buy a ticket and donate it back please leave us a note letting us know your ticket is a donation.
