On Sunday, August 14, the Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) and Del Mar Thoroughbred Club hosted an Owner Appreciation day at the Plaza de Mexico Fountain. This social event allowed owners to meet with one another and speak with TOC staff and board members. Complimentary drinks and appetizers were served, and owners were entered into Del Mar’s raffle for a chance to win a table for 4 at the finish line.
