Back in May, we posted an article about the “Stable Survivors” project designed by Healing Arenas Inc. in Escalon, CA, which pairs war veterans with Thoroughbreds in a pilot program for PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) patients that alternates with the more traditional group therapy sessions offered by Modesto Vet Center.
