On Saturday, October 23, TOC members and guests attended the 2021 Northern California Annual Meeting at Golden Gate Fields. Attendees heard from Greg Avioli, TOC’s CEO & President, who gave an annual update and introduced the northern representatives on the TOC board, Ed Moger and Lindsay LaRoche. The northern reps showed support for NorCal racing and assured its members that TOC is thinking of new ideas to help strengthen racing in the north. Following the meeting and a lively Q&A, members got to enjoy a delicious luncheon, sponsored by IOA (Insurance Office of America).
