The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) is hosting an orientation at Golden Gate Fields to help new owners become familiar with the ins & outs of the track. We will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the TOC office and walk over to the CHRB office, Paymaster, Racing & Track Photographer for quick introductions and brief Q&As.
