The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) hosted an orientation for new owners at Golden Gate Fields & Santa Anita on Saturday, February 22. The orientation featured office visits to the CHRB, Paymaster, Racing, CARMA & the Track Photographer for introductions and brief Q&A sessions to help become familiar with the ins & outs of the track.

Attendees left with our new handbook and an Owner Orientation packet that includes helpful information on acquiring thoroughbreds, entering in races, contact information for track personnel, and sample agreements for Partnerships, Syndicates, and between Owners and Trainers.
