TRIPLE CROWN-WINNING TRAINER BOB BAFFERT AVAILABLE FOR
INTERVIEWS AT SUPER BOWL 50 MEDIA CENTER THURSDAY MORNING
What: Live interviews with Bob Baffert, trainer of Triple Crown winner American Pharoah
Baffert – the Hall of Fame trainer of Triple Crown hero American Pharoah, as well as three other Kentucky Derby winners (Silver Charm, Real Quiet and War Emblem) and the last two Breeders’ Cup Classic winners (Bayern and American Pharoah) – will be available for live interviews with credentialed Super Bowl 50 media.
Potential topics to cover include: remembering his historic 2015 with the first Triple Crown winner in 37 years, breaking down the Super Bowl (he is well-versed in pro football), dealing with the spotlight of high-pressure sporting events, and previewing the 2016 Triple Crown trail and other major Thoroughbred races.
When: Thursday, February 4, 2016, 6 a.m.-Noon PT.
