Live racing returns to The Big Fresno Fair on Thursday, Oct. 2, with two weeks of racing Thursdays through Sundays, and ending with racing on closing day, Monday, Oct. 13. First post time will be 1:1 p.m. on weekdays and 12:15 p.m. on weekends.

Saturday, Oct. 11 will be California Chrome Day. Local and state officials will be in attendance to honor California Chrome with a Key to the City and designate that day as the official California Chrome Day in Fresno.
