All are invited to an Open Forum at Los Alamitos Racecourse on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 11:00 a.m. Attendees will have a chance to meet TOC staff and board members, ask questions, and get an update on the current state of affairs in California Thoroughbred racing.
The event will be held in the Post & Paddock Room, Clubhouse First Level.
