Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting. The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the annual Owner Awards, and a complimentary buffet breakfast will be served. Following the meeting, the Handicapping Contest will begin at 12:00pm in the Pacific Classic Room.
