More than 30 attendees at the Open Forum at Pleasanton on Saturday, June 18 heard TOC President, Nick Coukos, and CEO Greg Avioli speak about the current state of Stabling and Vanning, ADW, Offtrack Betting, Workers’ Compensation, Purses, and Legislation. There was a lively question and answer session, during which participants had their concerns about Northern California racing issues addressed. Representing the TOC board were Vice Chairman Jack Owens, Allen Aldrich, and Ed Moger.
