On Saturday, October 19, TOC members and guests attended the 2019 Northern California Annual Meeting at Golden Gate Fields. Attendees heard a State of TOC Address by CEO & President, Greg Avioli. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet and chat with TOC board members and staff as well as participate in a lively question and answer session.
