Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 15 at 8:30 a.m. in the Veranda Café at Del Mar Racetrack. The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the annual Owner Awards. A complimentary buffet breakfast will be served.

The TOC Owners’ Challenge Handicapping Contest sponsored by XpressBet will be held in the Pacific Classic Room following the Annual Meeting. TOC will also hold a Northern California Annual Meeting on Saturday, November 14 at Golden Gate Fields, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The event will include the general business meeting and question-and-answer session, followed by a buffet luncheon and the Northern California TOC Owners’ Challenge Handicapping Contest sponsored by XpressBet. Registration for the Northern California events will open one month prior to the meeting.
