The Thoroughbred Owners of California and Del Mar Thoroughbred Club invite licensed owners to join us for an Owner Appreciation reception on Saturday, August 7, at Del Mar. Enjoy an afternoon with fellow owners and learn more about current TOC initiatives.

Attendees will be treated to champagne, light snacks and a limited edition TOC wine tumbler.
