Elsa
Southern California Director of Operations & Member Services
Elsa works in our main office at Santa Anita. She was first introduced to TOC, in 2013, as a part-time employee while she attended college. Part of Elsa’s role includes managing TOC’s website, its membership & email database, and assists with event planning & marketing. Elsa earned her B.A. from CSU Channel Islands where she studied Studio Art and Psychology.
