All are invited to an Open Forum at Santa Anita on Saturday, March 14 at 10:30 a.m. This forum was originally scheduled for Feb. 7 but was moved due to a conflict.
Attendees will have a chance to meet TOC staff and board members, ask questions, and get an update on the current state of affairs in California Thoroughbred racing.
The event will be held in the Baldwin Conference Room, Clubhouse Third Level.
