The Open Forum attendees at Santa Anita on Saturday, April 22, heard TOC staff and board members speak about the latest updates on ADW/On Track Geo-locations, SCOTWINC, Legislation, Stabling and Vanning, Medication, the TOC Election and the We Care campaign. Joe Morris also gave an update about Santa Anita, and shortly after, there was a lively question and answer session. Representing the TOC board were Chairman Nick Alexander, Gary Fenton, Ron Ellis and Terry Lovingier.
